Owners of the magazine about urban culture BZH sold the project to the Czech company Accord Group

Ukrayinska Pravda and managers of the magazine about urban culture BZH announced the sale of the project to the Czech company Accord Group. It was reported on the BZH website.

The parties do not disclose the amount of the transaction. The magazine notes that under the terms of the agreement, BZH will fully preserve the format of the magazine, and will begin to develop the production of native advertising: “The magazine will have capacities in the field of web development, Internet marketing, and video production.”

Accord Group holding manages assets in several fields, including development. According to the report, BZH is the first asset of the company in Ukraine. The urban magazine BZH was launched in July 2015 as a joint project of Ukrayinska Pravda and the managers of the magazine.
