A snapshot of the Motherland Monument by a Ukrainian was recognized as one of the best at the competition of photos taken with drones

SkyPixel has announced the winners of its annual competition for the best photos and videos taken with drones. One of the winners was a Ukrainian, who took a photo of the Motherland Monument.

Photographer Sergey Ristenko managed to capture the moment when the ground around the Motherland Monument was covered with fog. The Ukrainian is one of the winners of the People’s Choice Prize.

The main prize was awarded to photographer Derik Baumgartner. He filmed the landscape of Mont Saint Michel, an island in France.
