4 Ukrainian startups attract investments from Startup Wise Guys

Latvian accelerator Startup Wise Guys has invested in 4 Ukrainian startups. All four got into the accelerator’s new program, though on different terms.

Measy

SaaS startup Measy for b2b is an automated remarketing platform for e-commerce marketplaces. The platform helps Internet retailers to convert visitors into buyers.

FakesRadar

FakesRadar is cybersecurity and AI startup. It is a plugin for Chrome that recognizes fakes in news feeds of Facebook and Twitter and marks them in red frame. Dubious sources that were implicated before in peddling fakes are marked in yellow frame.

Measy and FakesRadar will get 20,000 euros each at a valuation of 460,000 euros on the pre-money valuation stage with a possibility to get additional 10,000 euros following the graduation from the program (after 3 months) with valuation at 990,000 euros. Sources from the accelerator note that this is an optional possibility, which does not mean that the startup will get additional investments.

Other SWG entrants:

These startups get investments based on individual terms, which have not yet been disclosed.

Accelerator Startup Wise Guys is one of the most active pre-seed investors in Ukrainian startups. Last year’s program included as much as 5 teams from Ukraine. In addition, Ukrainian startups are viewed as front-runners for the accelerator’s new cybersecurity program.
