Creative space Chasopys and rent24 open co-working in Warsaw. Investments range from $2 million to $4 million
Chasopys and the international co-working operator rent24 will open co-working in Warsaw. This was reported by Max Yakover, Managing Partner of UNIT.City.
The opening of the co-working space is scheduled for 2021. It will be located in the building of the former factory, which is now revitalized, with an area of 4,000 square meters. The parties do not disclose the amount of investment in the project, however, they note that the cost of repair of one square meter will approximately vary from $500 to $1,000, which means that the size of the investment can be up to $4 million.
“This is the first step in the long-term strategy of reaching central and eastern Europe,” commented Max Yakover.
The large international operator of renting co-workings rent24 and the Ukrainian Chasopys announced a partnership in December 2018. The companies have created a joint venture called Chasopys Europe, which will enter the European market.
