Ukraine’s major shipping player Nova Poshta has published overseas to Ukraine delivery statistics for parcels delivered through its NP Shopping division. The company also compiled a list of overseas online stores that are most popular with its customers.

Most often, buyers order clothes and shoes, children’s clothing, gadgets, cosmetics.
According to the director of Nova Poshta International, Yuriy Benevitsky, Ukrainians are attracted by prices, which, as a rule, are lower than in Ukraine, a large selection and good quality of goods.
The cost of an average parcel is $66, and the average weight is 1.6 kg.
Buyer’s profile
Most active buyers are males (59%) aged 25-34 (53%).
Kyivites, who order goods from overseas most often, are followed by residents of Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Lviv.
Growth of deliveries from overseas
According to the company, over the past five months, the demand for delivery through NP Shopping service has increased by 27% as compared to the same period last year. There’s a 25% increase in number of Ukrainians buying goods from abroad.
TOP locations
NP Shopping users order most items from the US. However, the popularity of other locations is also rapidly growing.
Thus, over 5 months the number of parcels from the UK has increased by almost 80%, and from Poland – more than 3 times.
