Samsung’s flexible Galaxy Fold will not go on sale in Ukraine

The model of the smartphone with a folding screen Samsung Galaxy Fold will not be officially released in Ukraine, as Liga.net reports citing the words of the company’s representatives.

• According to the Ukrainian representative office of the company, it has studied the demand in Ukraine and came to the conclusion that it is not enough to start selling this model. But perhaps the next models of folding smartphones from Samsung will appear on the Ukrainian market.
• The company introduced the Galaxy Fold, a flexible smartphone that can be developed, back in February 2019. But then the presentation was held with problems. Although the first reviews of the device were positive, just a couple of days later, journalists and gadget reviewers started reporting the frequent device breakdowns.
• Sales were rescheduled, and in April 2019, the company postponed the start of sales again due to the screen breakdowns. The official start of sales was scheduled for September this year.
