As reported by the survey conducted among employees in Poland, 77% of them would like to have financial support from their employers, 59% of respondents would like to receive a salary more often than monthly. Additionally, 51% of employees in the EU are financially stressed.

Symmetrical.ai is an automated financial advisor that helps both employees to manage their finances and employers to reduce the level of employees’ stress. It offers several tools to deal with all these triggers: salary on demand, zero interest rate loans to employees and an automated financial trainer that will help to make the right financial decisions.

According to the investors’ estimate, 9 months after the product’s launch, the solution is available to almost 70,000 employees and over 15,000 salaries were already paid on demand.

The capital was received from Global Founders Capital and Partech. Other investors in the round are Finch Capital, Market One Capital and Plug & Play which have already supported Symmetrical.ai service. This is the largest one-time payment received by the company so far. In the previous pre-seed round in May 2019 it has raised over $1.5 million.
