Gaming Factory goes public and raises over $4M
As reported by MamStartup media, Warsaw-based game producer and publisher Gaming Factory has undertaken an IPO and attracted over $4 million by selling over 1,3 million shares at $4. The investment banking firm Trigon Dom Maklerski acted as an intermediary in the offering of shares.
Gaming Factory is a game development company which specializes in production and distribution of low- and medium-budget games on a variety of topics, including simulators, adventure games, action or tycoon for PC platforms and Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
According to the CEO of Gaming Factory Mateusz Adamkiewicz, the company is planning to invest approximately 70% of attracted funds into the production of new and already existing games. The remaining capital will be intended for marketing and activities related to games publishing. By the end of July, Gaming Factory is also aimed to debut on the main trading floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
