Finland-based proptech startup Kodit.io raises $115 million

Finnish Kodit.io, an AI-powered residential real estate data platform, has raised $115 million in a combination of equity and debt, NREP reports. The round was led by NREP – the leading real estate investment company in the Nordic countries. They help Kodit.io grow in current market areas and expand into new geographical areas.
