Finland-based proptech startup Kodit.io raises $115 million

Finnish Kodit.io, an AI-powered residential real estate data platform, has raised $115 million in a combination of equity and debt, NREP reports. The round was led by NREP – the leading real estate investment company in the Nordic countries. They help Kodit.io grow in current market areas and expand into new geographical areas.

Founded in 2017 by CEO Kalle Salmi, Kodit.io is a proptech startup and the leading iBuyer in Europe providing instant offers for apartment owners. The company is aimed to make buying and selling homes easier.
