Ukrainian tech company S-PRO raises funding from SARS Capital

Ukrainian outsourcing company S-PRO has raised financing from investment banking company SARS Capital. Representatives of S-PRO informed AIN.UA about it. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed.

According to a press release, S-PRO intends to enter the enterprise segment with the support of the investor. SARS will also help the software company to find new customers in the Western European market and further scale its business.

About S-PRO

S-PRO is a Ukrainian full-cycle software development company, incorporated in 2014. It specializes in digital solutions with AI and blockchain technologies; UI/UX-design and branding, cross-platform development, and the creation of mobile applications. The main focus of S-PRO is a fintech segment.

The company also provides consulting, development, and support services for SaaS-platforms in healthcare, renewable energy, and other industries.

“This deal is the smart money, which is so often spoken about in the market. Together with the financing, we gain experience and networking of our partner, thanks to which we plan to sign the first deals with enterprise customers,” says Igor Izraylevych, founder and CEO of S-PRO.

In the next five years, the company plans to reach the mark of 1,000 professionals. Now S-PRO has 150 employees in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia.
