Software startup Neocom.ai raises €650k to help users in making online purchase decisions faster

Munich-based startup Neocom.ai has raised €650,000 in Seed funding from business angels Ralf Fischer and Rolf Adam, members of the largest investor network in Germany BayStartUP, StartingUp writes.

Founded in 2020 by Dana Nedamaldeen and Sebastian Slomski, Neocom.ai develops is an AI-powered guided selling platform for online shops. Using the data analysis, its solution creates conversations with users, while they are visiting shops, to make sure they find the right product faster. After a few clarifying questions, the users get displayed the first product suggestions. Once the right item has been found, it can be bought by clicking on the details page of the online shop. 

Neocom.ai has already acquired 10 customers including bicycles marketplaces fahrrad.de, Kalkhoff, Rebike1, LinkRadQuadrat, and automotive company Instamotion. The fresh funding will be spent on technology developing and bringing more product’s categories to the market.
