5 largest funding rounds closed by Lithuanian startups in 2020

AIN.TECH selected Lithuanian startups that raised the largest investments in 2020.

SME Finance, $95 million

SME Finance has received $95 million from the European Investment Bank.

SME Finance is the largest non-banking alternative financing company in the Baltics. SME finance helps businesses to grow by providing non-standard factoring solutions to small medium-sized enterprises.

Eneba, $8 million

Eneba has raised $8 million in a fresh round. The round was led by Practica Capital and InReach Ventures with participation from FJ Labs and a group of established Angel investors including Mantas Mikuckas, COO of Vinted.

Eneba provides a marketplace for gamers to safely purchase everything they need for the world’s most popular games.

ZITICITY, $2.5 million

Ziticity has raised $2.5 million in a Seed funding round. The Seed equity investment round was led by NordicNinja VC with the support of Japanese companies such as JBIC, Honda, Omron, and Panasonic in participation with Superhero Capital VC, Practica Capital, StartupWiseGuys, and Superangel VC. 

ZITICITY is aimed to help local businesses competing with major players such as Amazon and Alibaba, by providing same-day deliveries. 

Turing College, $1.4 million

Turing College has received $1.4 million from a very successful cybersecurity company Tesonet, an e-commerce startup Omnisend, a video gaming firm Unity Technologies LT, and Startup Wise Guys with participation from the EU Research and Innovation Fund.

Turing School was founded in 2017 to teach digital skills to children. It is a non-formal school that focuses on IT and entrepreneurship.

RRR.Lt, $1.2 million

RRR.Lt has raised a $1.2 million investment in seed funding. The round was led by Practica Capital, with participation from private investors.

RRR.LT is a SaaS-based marketplace for used car parts sellers. The platform manages all the money transfers, orders, logistics, and all the support clients need.
