Ukrainian delivery service Rocket launches in the Netherlands

On April 15, the Ukrainian food delivery service Rocket entered a new market and began to operate in the capital of the Netherlands, Amsterdam, as the company’s press service told AIN.UA.

  • The Netherlands was the second country where the service launched as part of international expansion.
  • In December 2020, the company entered the Cyprus market and changed its name to Rocket (formerly Raketa) due to the expansion.
  • Plans for 2021 include launching the service in 10 European cities.

“Cyprus served as a launching pad for the company before entering new European countries. Now, we have fine-tuned the technical aspects and multi-language apps, as well as prepared teams for large-scale international expansion. The office in Amsterdam was opened, in particular, to deal with new markets,” says Oleg Liubarets, CMO of Rocket.
