Rallyware, a company co-founded by Ukrainians, raises $22M

Rallyware, the leading provider of performance enablement solutions, has announced a $22 million financing from PeakSpan Capital. The company will use the money for AI-driven platform innovation, as well as expand its team.

As previously reported by AIN.UA, there are Ukrainians among the co-founders of Rallyware. The company also has an R&D office in Kharkiv and Ukrainian investors, including Digital Future.

Rallyware is an online platform for enhancing the productivity and efficiency of remote and distributed work. By analyzing each employee’s real-time performance data and identifying gaps in their knowledge and skills, Rallyware offers personalized ways to improve performance through timely training and work activity.
