Apple opens direct donations to Ukraine UNICEF

Apple has launched a new initiative to help Ukraine, which has been at war with the Russian Federation for 11 days. From now on, people can donate money to support Ukraine through UNICEF on all the company’s websites, namely Apple Music, App Store, Apple News.

According to Appleinsider, the banners appeared on March 4. So, Apple encourages iPhone and Mac users to support Ukrainians affected by the war. Users from Ukraine do not see these banners. Probably, the company launched them targeting Western countries.

Earlier, Apple CEO Tim Cook called on staff to support Ukraine with money and said he would double every donation.
