Rocket suspends its operations in Ukraine
The delivery service Rocket suspends business in Ukraine, as announced by one of the company’s founders Aleksey Iukhymchuk in his letter to employees.
In a letter to employees, Iukhymchuk says that the company’s investors had tried to find a buyer but were unsuccessful. For this reason, salary and debt payments will also be stopped. As compensation, Rocket allows its workers to keep the devices given by the company.
We would like to recall that on February 23, the day before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the company withdrew its service in Europe and planned to focus on business in Ukraine.
