List of popular Open Source projects made by Ukrainians

JavaScript community from Chernivtsi created a list of popular Open Source projects made by Ukrainians. It is aimed to highlight Ukrainians’ contribution to global software culture. The list includes more than 50 projects and can be viewed on GitHub. 

The list includes projects under several criteria:

1. The project has over 1K stars;
2. The project’s creator or maintainer was born in Ukraine;
3. The project’s creator or maintainer self-identify themselves as Ukrainian;
4. The project is hosted under the organization profile and has Ukrainians under Top 5 contributors if other contributors don’t mind.

This is not the final version of the list. More projects that meet the criteria above will be added as soon as their authors make a request.
