8 tech companies with offices in Ukraine among the Inc. 5,000 fastest-growing businesses

Eight companies with offices in Ukraine have been included in Inc. 5000 2022, the annual ranking of private companies with the most proven track record. The ranking has been prepared by Inc., the American business magazine.

Who got listed

  • KITRUM (50), a software development company for enterprises and startups with a head office in Florida, but most employees working in Ukraine. Its biggest R&D is in Kharkiv. Despite the war, the company managed to maintain its growth rate, not lose a single customer, and save all jobs. The company grew 6,799% over the last three years.
  • People.ai (933), a Ukrainian startup, founded by Oleh Roginsky. The company develops a predictive sales management platform and has headquarters in Redwood City, California. In Ukraine, the company has the largest development office, located in Kyiv. The growth of the company from 2018 to 2021 was 686%.
  • Panda.doc (1,989), a Belarusian tech company with offices in Kyiv, Odesa, and Lviv (the Belarusian office has been liquidated in 2021). The company’s platform provides sales processes software. In the USA, the company is registered in San Francisco. In three years it showed a growth of 303%.
  • eTeam (2,072), a provider of SOW-based staffing and solutions, and global contingent workforce management to Fortune 1000 companies. The main office is in Tennessee, with an additional office in Kyiv. The company grew by 288% from 2018 to 2021.
  • airSlate (2,799), a Ukrainian tech company registered in Massachusetts. It has a large office in Kyiv. The company grew by 198% since last ranking. The company combines e-signing, no-code robotic process automation, contract negotiation, document generation, and web forms into a single business automation platform.
  • Altexsoft (3,088), an American company working in the field of software development and consulting for the travel industry. In Ukraine, its offices are in Kharkiv, Lviv, and Kremenchuk. The company’s revenue grew by 174%.
  • Glorium Technologies (3,224), a healthcare and real estate-focused full-cycle app and software development company headquartered in New Jersey. It has a development centre in Kyiv. The company demonstrated 165% in growth over the past three years.
  • Svitla Systems (3,555), a software development company and testing provider registered in California, with offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Lviv. Demonstrated growth of 145%.

The ranking includes private companies that are incorporated in the United States. Inc. calculates growth rates for companies based on annual income data. The minimum revenue required for 2018 is $100,000; the minimum for 2021 is $2 million. Inc. simultaneously makes the ranking of the top 5,000 companies in Europe.
