“We expect rapid and successful growth of Grid Dynamics in Warsaw. With the exception of some aspects, we observe a basic similarity in the work of the Ukrainian and Polish markets and mentality in general. Those specialists who relocated here from Ukraine managed to adapt quite easily and quickly to life and work in Poland. We are planning to build a large office soon, so we invite technical specialists, as well as HR and recruitment specialists to join us. It is worth noting that we continue to develop our Ukrainian locations since the majority of our specialists work there,”
