Sendinblue acquires Austria-founded customer service phone system Yodel.io

French all-in-one digital marketing platform developer Sendiblue has acquired the Austrian-founded smart customer service phone system Yodel.io. The financial details of the deal are not disclosed.

  • Founded in 2016 by David Heininger, Mario Uher, Mike Heininger, Nina Hoedlmayr, Yodel.io is a smart customer service phone system, digital receptionist for SMBs that allows call management without switching tools by integrating into major SaaS platforms — Slack, Zendesk, HubSpot.
  • Yodel.io digital phone system works in 17 languages and offers numbers in 100 countries. It uses advanced voice technology and helps SMBs to simplify customer support, optimizes their workflow, and thus saves about an hour per person per day.
  • Following the completion of the transaction, Yodel.io will offer its services under the Sendinblue brand.
  • Sendinblue is a Paris-based developer of a cloud-based digital marketing platform for B2B and B2C customers, which is aimed to help them to build customer relationship through end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. It has already acquired more than 400,000 active users across 180 countries. The agreement will help it to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
