Evergent Investments invests in MWare Solutions, a Romanian software producer

The Bucharest-based company MWare has received an investment from Evergent Investments to accelerate its international expansion. The companies do not disclose the amount of the deal. It is only known that Evergent has acquired a significant stake.

• Evergent Investments is a Romanian financial investment company, focusing on financing both the capital market and through private equity projects in agribusiness, real estate and technology.
• MWare will spend the fresh round of investments to facilitate the expansion of the MWare Solutions team, access to large-scale projects, international expansion, and the implementation of a corporate governance that will support its next stages of growth.
