Polish-founded marketing company indaHash acquired by ArabyAds

indaHash, a global influencer marketing platform with Polish roots, has been acquired by ArabyAds, the leading adtech company in the MENA region. The companies do not disclose the amount of the deal, which will enable ArabyAds to expand globally.

  • Founded in 2016 by Barbara Soltysinska and Włas Chorowiec, indaHash has successfully executed influencer marketing campaigns in over 115 markets and has teams working across seven countries. The company worked with over 600 brands, including world leaders such as Adidas, Danone, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Samsung, and IKEA.
  • Starting in Poland, the company grew to have a profitable global business. Now, its teams are based in London, Jakarta, Warsaw, Johannesburg, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Dubai.

  • Founded in 2013, ArabyAds is a global adtech company headquartered in Dubai. It offers multiple digital advertising platforms across brands’ journey in a customer lifecycle ranging from customer acquisition to retention and monetization.
  • The acquisition will enable ArabyAds to expand its global footprint and accelerate technological advancements. Furthermore, indaHash founders will also join the ArabyAds management team to continue running the company’s operations.
