Romanian Yarooms raises €2M for its workspace management software development

The Bucharest-based Yarooms, a SaaS company providing workplace experience solutions, has raised €2 million to pursue a new market opportunity and accelerate growth. The round was co-led by GapMinder and SeedBlink.

  • Founded in 2010 by Dragos Badea, Emil Muhtu si Marcel Preda, Yarooms is a tech company that creates easy-to-use workplace management software, such as solutions for desk booking, meeting room booking, hybrid work planning, digital signage, and visitor management.
  • Yarooms has clients in over 50 countries, some of the most important markets being USA, Canada, Italy, UK, and in different industries, such as financial institutions, governmental authorities, and educational institutions. The startup’s customers include Columbia University, National Health Service, AAA, Dr. Martens, Cerved.

  • The investment was led by Romanian venture capital fund GapMinder that provides Yarooms with €1.6 million in this round. The fund targets IT software and services startups in Romania and Central Eastern Europe. Romanian investing platform SeedBlink also joined the funding. 
  • Yarooms will spend the fresh funding to find new market opportunities, expand the team and accelerate the company’s development.
