IT company with offices across CEE Grid Dynamics acquires Mutual Mobile

Grid Dynamics announced the acquisition of Mutual Mobile, AIN.Capital was told. With around 200 employees across India and North America, Mutual Mobile will contribute to supporting Grid Dynamics’ objective of diversifying its global client base and enabling quality engineering talent to join the company. The financial details of the deal are not disclosed.

• Grid Dynamics provides digital transformation consulting and implementation services in omnichannel customer experience, Big Data analytics, search, AI, cloud & DevOps, and application modernization. The clients include Google, Apple, Raymond James, Tesla, PayPal, and other technological and industrial giants.
• Headquartered in the US, Grid Dynamics has offices in Mexico, the UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, India, and Central and Eastern Europe, in particular, in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Serbia.
• Founded in 2009, Mutual Mobile offers end-to-end design and development of applications. The company is based in the USA and India. Mutual Mobile’s core offering spans edge and mobile computing, augmented virtual, and mixed reality, Internet-of-Things (IoT), connected devices, and conversational interfaces.

• Grid Dynamics entered the Indian market in May 2022, opening a hub for engineering and business innovation in Hyderabad. Its newest operational center was expected to ultimately employ 1,000 top-tier engineering talent from the region by the end of 2022.
