Czech healthtech VOS raises €1.5M in a seed round

Prague-based healthtech startup VOS has raised €1.5 million in a seed round of funding set to revolutionize mental health care. Soulmates Ventures and Purple Ventures are the lead investors, current investors Miton and Reflex Capital also joined the round.

• Founded in 2021 by Jiri Diblik and Ondrej Kopecky, VOS develops a personal wellbeing AI companion app. The company also offers a B2B version of the app to companies that care about the wellbeing of their employees. Since its inception, the platform is already used by 2 million users worldwide — in 170 countries and 9 languages.

“VOS integrates a wide range of science-based tools into personal wellbeing plans and insights into mental health trends. The app also includes an open channel to psychological counselors. This powerhouse of features helps users build a positive self-image and mental resilience,”

• Czech green investment fund and innovations accelerator Soulmates Ventures and private venture capital fund Purple Ventures led the seed round. The startup was also backed by the existing investors Miton and Reflex Capital, which invested $750,000 during the pre-seed round.
