- Texas-based M-Files builds a metadata-driven document management platform that enables knowledge workers to instantly find the right information in any context, automate business processes, and enforce information control. This provides businesses with a competitive advantage and substantial ROI as they deliver better customer experiences and higher-quality work with lower risk.
“The acquisition of Ment amplifies our ability to help organizations increase productivity and improve their bottom line by minimizing time-consuming, manual work processes. Ment’s robust document automation capabilities strengthen our offerings and commitment to bring customers solutions that enable knowledge workers to work smarter and deliver significant business impact,”said Antti Nivala, founder and CEO of M-Files.
- With the acquisition, Ment is available as a standalone product or as a complement to the M-Files platform and will continue to be supported as a modular offering. M-Files plans to extend the offering to other industries and use cases in the future.
