Aggranda acquires RPA Box, a Romanian-born RPA consulting startup

American UiPath’s partner in the development of software robots Aggranda has acquired the Bucharest-based RPA Box, one of the first Romanian RBA consulting companies. The deal will help Aggranda consolidate its position in the global market of automation providers. 

  • RPA Box was founded in 2018 by two former UiPath employees. The startup delivers complex solutions to automate repetitive manual processes with RPA technology. Among its clients are Virgin Group, Michelin, SGS, and many others.
  • The Miami-based company Aggranda builds software robots for finance and accounting, HR, logistics, insurance, telecom industries in the US, UK, Germany, France, Austria, Portugal, Romania. The client portfolio includes the US Department of Agriculture, Sunrun, Chloride, BMS Group, Liaison, OMV Austria, BA Glass, and INSEAD.

  • The acquisition of RPA Box will help Aggranda to continue its accelerated growth in Europe and the US, with a continued focus on partnering with UiPath and consolidating services to support organizations around the world to deliver more value through automation. Other details of the deal are not disclosed.
