Romanian SaaS startup easySales Global raises €1.1M

The Bucharest-based company easySales Global, which provides a multichannel SaaS solution for eCommerce merchants, has announced the raising of €1.1 million for the expansion of its business into the US. The round was led by Fortech Investments.

  • Founded in 2017 by two brothers, Ciprian and Iulian Cazacu, easySales is a multichannel SaaS eCommerce provider for merchants. With easySales, merchants are able to automate the activity of listing on marketplaces and order management through API integrations. easySales facilitates the work of online shops and integrates different systems in one place (multiple online shops, marketplaces, couriers, invoice software, SMS services, e-fulfillment).
  • easySales has a portfolio of approximately 700 clients, 85% of which are based in Romania, and over €350 million value of orders processed in its platform.

  • The lead investor is Cluj-Napoca-based Fortech, which delivers full-spectrum digital engineering services including Architecture Design, Software Development, DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Data Analytics. In November 2022 the company was acquired by GlobalLogic Inc., a Hitachi Group company. 
  • This new funding will enable easySales Global to expand its business into the US market, as well as strengthen its presence in Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria.
