Romanian foodtech raises €600k in a pre-seed extension round

Romania-based foodtech anti food waste startup has raised €600,000 in a pre-seed extension funding round. The investment came through SeedBlink, the co-investment platform for European tech startups, from multiple business angels, reports.

  • Launched in November 2021 by serial entrepreneur Grégoire Vigroux and Luka Zivkovic,’s mobile app addresses the problems of food waste.   • Since the launch, according to the company, its mobile app has been downloaded 100,000 times. Nearly 750 retailers, including Starbucks, Penny, and Cora, have joined’s network in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca. In March, the company reported a revenue of €40,000, a rise of over 50% against February.
