Ukrainian Jooble invests in Adsee, a service for social media recruiting

Job search site Jooble has invested in Adsee, an online recruiting service that helps run recruiting campaigns on social networks. As Jooble informed AIN.Capital, this is a pre-seed investment, the amount is not disclosed. In addition to funding, Jooble will assist Adsee with product development.

This is not Jooble’s first investment. The company previously invested $1 million in the JayJay edtech project.

What is Adsee

Adsee develops a tool that allow a recruiter to reach candidates on Facebook and Instagram up to 6 times cheaper than it would be with hiring a digital marketer or working with a marketing agency.

With the help of the service, the recruiter can evaluate which social networks are best suited for the campaign. The Adsee algorithm will offer the perfect candidate profile, avoiding complex ad settings. Adsee will then turn the job description into a clickable headline using an AI-powered headline generator. After a successful launch, the recruiter can monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and review candidates.

“We’re committed to making marketing easy and accessible for recruiting teams of all sizes to help attract the best talent. Adsee will initially run in beta and gather user feedback to improve the product and quickly introduce new, convenient features,”

commented Adsee founder Vladyslav Sizov.

At the end of May last year, the Ukrainian product company Jooble, which is developing an international job search site, launched the Jooble Venture Lab startup studio in the professional education and job verticals. Then AIN.Capital was told that the company plans to invest and grow more than 10 projects in a year, investing from $100,000 to $2 million in each one.

Adsee is the second public investment on Jooble’s account. The first deal was with JayJay.
