SPINAKER alfa invests in dopasuj.to, a Polish furniture printing company

Lodz-based VC fund SPINAKER alfa has invested in dopasuj.to, which offers an innovative furniture printing technology. The companies do not disclose the amount of the deal that will add the platform for ordering furniture online to the fund’s portfolio.

• Dopasuj.to system will be a platform in line with the concept of Industry 4.0. It will automatically recalculate the furniture designed online and provide full technical documentation for its implementation. This will go along with the CAM software for a machine that cuts and drills board materials.

“The innovation of Dopasuj.to is in offering relief printing on furniture boards along with surface preparation for selective gilding. This also includes UV printing, which is resistant to tearing and scratches. In addition, the functionalities of the online platform with the furniture configurator and AR presentation of products will be available on the Android or iOS platforms,”

• The current investment was carried out as part of the BRIdge Alfa program, which is co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development.
