Bunnyshell, a Romanian enterprise software startup, has announced its latest funding round to secure €4 million in total investment. Co-investors already provided €3.5 million with remaining €300,000 available for private investors through SeedBlink, Start-up.ro reports.

  • Founded in 2018 by Alin Dobra, Roxana Ciobanu, and Silviu Chiran, Bunnyshell is an Environments-as-a-Service platform that allows users to create and manage full-stack environments for development, staging, and production. The platform enables enterprises to deliver software faster and focus on building great products.
  • Bunnyshell has already signed over 70 B2B clients. The list includes companies with over 500 developers from Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Asia.
  • The startup is backed by leading venture capital firms such as Early Game Ventures, a Romanian early-stage venture capital firm, and Roca X, a privately funded Romanian venture capital with global reach.

“This investment is a significant milestone for Bunnyshell and a testament to the value our platform provides to development teams. With this capital, we aim to strengthen our position in the market, expand our reach to Fortune 100 firms, and continue to enhance our platform for the benefit of our customers,”

Alin Dobra, CEO of Bunnyshell, commented.
  • The company sets out to raise additional €300,000 through SeedBlink, the investment platform for European tech startups. Private investment tickets start from €2,500. And the closing date is on August 17.
