Finnish Eficode acquires Avoset, a company specializing in Atlassian tools and services

Helsinki-based Eficode, a DevOps, software, automation, and design company, has announced the acquisition of Finnish startup Avoset. The deal amount was not disclosed.  

  • Founded in 2010 as a family business, Avoset is an Atlassian Platinum partner that offers support, consulting, and license management services for Atlassian tools. The company has over 250 customers, including DigiFinland, Nordlab, Valtori, VTT, Novatron, and Wihuri. In 2022, its revenue was €9.7 million.

  • Eficode is a provider of DevOps solutions with 580 employees across 10 countries. The company claims that it is an Atlassian Specialised Partner, excelling in Agile at Scale, ITSM, and Cloud services, and holds platinum-level partnership status in nine countries.
  • Eficode provides customers with DevOps and Agile skills and practices, and offers over 50 preferred tools, including Atlassian, GitLab, GitHub, and Kubernetes.
  • The deal enables Eficode to offer Avoset’s customers Eficode ROOT and Total Support services and its complete service offering for digital services. After this acquisition, Eficode is the biggest Atlassian partner in Finland.
