Austrian company Seekda is acquired by Valsoft

Austrian company Seekda has been acquired by Valsoft Corp, a Canadian company. Seekda, which delivers booking technology to hospitality businesses, was sold by Kognitiv for an undisclosed amount of money.

  • Founded in 2007 in Austria, Seekda gained market leadership in the alpine region with convincing products. The company provides a full-featured toolbox that supports hoteliers in achieving their distribution goals. According to the company, tore than 40% of hotels and vacation rentals in Austria have used Seekda.
