Estonian logistics startup MyDello secures €1.25M to scale its digital solutions

MyDello, a Tallinn-based logistics platform, has secured €1.25 million funding round led by Finnish VC Superhero Capital. The investment will help the startup to expand its solutions in Finland and the Netherlands, Tech.eu announced.

  • Founded by Magnus LepasaluJoel Timm, and Siimu Kaas in 2021, MyDello offers various solutions between different transportation options. MyDello develops a digital portal for organizing cargo transportation. The portal helps to simplify the planning of air, rail, ocean or road freight options to move shipments.

“The logistics industry needs modernisation as most information is communicated through emails and managing shipments remains a major challenge for logistics managers in industrial and wholesale companies. Many errors occur due to a lack of transparency in information,”

Magnus Lepasalu, the co-founder said.
  • MyDello claims it helps companies to reduce logistics costs by 15-20%. All the delivery information is conveniently in one place, and shipments can be tracked in real-time.
  • The investmwent was led by Superhero Capital, a venture capital investment firm based in Helsinki. The VC firm primarily invests up to €1 million in software-driven startups in Finland and the Baltics. Several angel investors also joined the round.
  • The fresh funding will allow MyDello to strengthen its market positions and expand to Finland and the Netherlands.
