Polish startup TransactionLink raises €5M in a seed round

TransactionLink, a Polish company that enables fully automated onboarding, has raised €5 million in a seed funding round. The international fund White Star Capital became the lead investor, with several business angels from London and Paris joining the round, MamStartup reports.

  • Founded in 2020 by Mateusz Pniewski and Kamil Skłodowski, TransactionLink helps companies build tailored business onboarding processes in minutes, all with no code through the “drag & drop” method, saving time and money.
  • The solution allows users to create complex workflows, add risk and decision logic, and integrate with over 150 best-in-class KYC/KYB services across more than 100 geographies. The company currently cooperates with over 50 clients around the world and has 14 team members.

“Having worked with several large international clients over the past year, the TransactionLink team has demonstrated excellent traction. Business onboarding has become crucial for business offerings around the world in various sectors, but building and managing an efficient and streamlined KYB process is still difficult. There is a huge opportunity in solving this problem and we look forward to seeing TransactionLink grow in the coming years,”

Nicholas Stocks, General Partner at White Star Capital, comments.
