Ukraine’s Mantis Analytics joins the Alchemist Accelerator, raising $30,000 investment
Mantis Analytics, a Ukrainian AI startup for risk management, has announced that it has joined the Alchemist Accelerator, one of the largest accelerators for early-stage B2B companies. As the startup informed AIN, they also raised an investment of $30,000 from the accelerator.
About Mantis Analytics
Mantis Analytics is an AI platform for real-time threat detection and response. The platform analyzes large amounts of data and helps companies protect their assets and manage risks. The startup emerged in 2022 after the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine as a volunteer initiative that later transformed into a company.
Investment details
- Alchemist provides access to a wide network of mentors, investors, consumers and alumni from the largest corporations, which will help Mantis Analytics to enter the US market faster.
- In addition to the investment, the accelerator will help Mantis Analytics with networking, further fundraising, and knowledge acquisition.
- As of 2020, more than 150 companies from the Alchemist portfolio have received institutional or significant seed investment of at least $500,000, raising a total of more than $1.2 billion in capital.
- Mantis Analytics is one of the few Ukrainian startups that got into Alchemist since its inception in 2012. Another Ukrainian company that completed the accelerator was Esper Bionics, which works in the prosthetics industry.
We are only the third Ukrainian startup that got into this accelerator. More than half of Alchemist startups receive significant funding rounds after the demo day, and a significant number of alumni have made exits. Previously, the venture capital firm ZAS Ventures invested in the Ukrainian AI platform Mantis Analytics. The amount of investment was $50,000.
