SAP launches job search platform for refugees from Ukraine
SAP, a German multinational software corporation, has created a website where Ukrainians who fled their homes due to the war can find jobs. The company offers employment in software development, project management, data science, finance, consulting, sales, HR, and customer support fields.
Ukrainians can also search for jobs on Fresh Faces from Ukraine, a platform created by SAP partners.
How SAP Jobs Portal works
- First, you need to register on the platform and create your profile. To do this, you need to fill out the form.
- Then, an SAP recruiter will contact everyone to learn more about their professional experience and life circumstances.
- Everyone who registers will receive relevant job offers by e-mail.
The entire application process is in English, the official language of communication at SAP. A high English proficiency level is one of the main conditions for employment at the company.
SAP Adaptation Program
For Ukrainians arriving in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia, SAP has developed an adaptation program, which includes mental health support, language courses, and childcare options.
