  • Founded in 2021 by Kuba Koziej, Piotrek Sosnowski, and Ariel Finkelstein, More Growth develops digital products and brands helping people achieve personal growth. The startup’s focus is developing profitable digital companies through high-traffic lovable meaningful products. It focuses on three verticals – parenting, personal finance, and wellbeing.
  • Inovo Venture Partners led the $5 million funding round. The company backs early-stage startups from Poland and the CEE region with up to €3M of initial investment, helping them build global brands. In May 2022, it invested in Zowie and supported Tidio. bValue and Market One Capital, along with several angels, joined More Growth’s round. The founders also invested their personal capital.
  • The startup’s founders, Kuba Koziej and Piotrek Sosnowski, earlier co-founded Zety, a SaaS that helps people find the right job, with a resume builder and career advice. The platform was eventually sold to BOLD and is now used by over 100 million people a year.

“We have been watching Kuba and Piotrek since the early days of Zety. They impressed us with their attitude and focus, which resulted in an extraordinary pace of growth. When we learned that they are launching a completely new business, we were certain that we wanted to become a lead investor in their funding round,”

Michał Rokosz, Partner at Inovo Venture Partners, comments on the investment.
  • More Growth plans to use the investment to grow its team to 40 people. It is particularly focused on content specialists and expert writers. The company is also looking for engineers, product designers, managers, and marketing specialists.
